Funeral Service
St Peter’s is here to support you in this time of loss. Burial is an important sacrament in the lives of all Christians – for both the dead person and for those who remain. As Christians, we believe that those who die are gathered to God and ushered into new life through Christ. We follow rites authorized by the Episcopal Church for all funeral and burial services.
The burial rites of the Episcopal Church provide an opportunity for family and friends to acknowledge faith and hope in the midst of loss and to commend those who we love to God’s never-failing care.
The Clergy of St Peter’s are available to assist in the arranging a funeral service following death, a memorial service or a committal service that takes place at a cemetery or columbarium. Please contact the Office, (520) 836-7693, to make arrangements with St Peter’s.
